Shipment processing time

All shipping is done thru Postnord postal service or thru a courier like DHL, UPS or Schenker.

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends on holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in your shipment of your order we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

Regulations and Restrictions

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside Sweden) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund (note that the cost of shipping is not refunded). If you wish to return your purchase please contact us at: as soon as possible.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it.

The buyer is responsible for paying for the return shipping cost. The refund will be issued as soon as the returned product is recieved by us.
